Who I am
I’m Nicole Adams, the founder and CEO of Rundown. Before Rundown, I spent more than six years in customer success at B2B software companies, including Vendr, Bevy, Glean, and Introzy. During those years, I watched what good tools do for the people who use them, and what bad ones cost them.
I started building Rundown in early 2026 with a small group of working planners who use it on real weddings and help decide what comes next.

Why I built Rundown

The idea Rundown is built on
Rundown started with my own wedding. I built an early version so a family member could stay in the loop without pulling my planner’s attention away from the wedding.
Then I saw the same problem everywhere. Planners run their events across a CRM, proposal tools, spreadsheets, timeline apps and group texts. The same detail gets typed into five places, and one missed update can follow you all the way to the day itself.
So I built Rundown with a working planner, around one idea: the detail you capture at the first inquiry should be the same detail that builds the budget, the vendor list, the client portals and the runsheet. Change it once, and everyone who needs it sees the change.
The goal hasn’t changed since: give planners their time back for the creative work their clients hire them for.
